Students of all levels (including new students & especially anyone who has never been on a yoga mat) are invited to learn this style in a small class. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up, & posture flow. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment, & core strength in basic poses while those with old injury or limitations are encouraged to explore options in healing. Everyone works at his or her own ability & comfort level.
