This session will be customized to each student/client to learn the very basics of a mat practice. Although our therapist is a RYT trained yoga teacher, we do not use this for the mat sessions. There will be some similar stretches, but the main focus is a program just for you rather than following a flow of sequence as in a class. These are restorative postures for healing and not intended to be as a “work out”. You will have a one on one session practiced in a comfortable, restorative environment. We will focus on your healing and strengthening goals. It is recommended to commit to a 4 week series, but one time sessions are also welcomed. No previous experience is required.
