Customized session to learn the very basics of a mat practice
Mobility, Movement, & Balance
You can do this! It is so important to stay mobile, stretch, move and practice balance at all ages. If you wake up with stiffness and aches it is time to start now!
You will have a one on one session practiced in a comfortable, restorative environment. We will focus on your healing and strengthening goals. It is recommended to commit to a 4 week series, but one time sessions are also welcomed. No previous experience is required.
You will learn a restorative personal routine that you can continue at home for years to come.
