PRE & POST BIRTHING

PRE-NATAL If you have a midwife or traditional birth, we will help walk with you through the many changes physically and emotionally that a mom- to- be experiences. We believe nutrition is an important focus for mom and baby during these months of pregnancy. In addition, stretching, staying toned and strong are a priorities during this time.

POST-NATAL Post delivery can bring about a plethora of emotions. The anticipation and excitement of the birth are different for each of us, yet similar with motherhood regardless of the circumstances. Many chemical changes happen and can bring about unwelcome postpartum symptoms. We are experienced and here to help you to find your joy once again.
